The Senior Vice President of Wardrop, a “top-20 employer in Canada,” asked Sullivan Walsh Associates to facilitate joint strategy sessions between Wardrop and its largest client. SWA conducted interviews with key decision-makers from both firms, analyzed the relationship, led strategy sessions, and prepared an action plan for improving the firms’ partnership. The strategy sessions were so successful with its largest client that Wardrop engaged SWA to lead similar sessions between Wardrop and its next two largest clients. SWA helped to solidify relationships between Wardrop – and clients that generate approximately $80 million in annual revenue.
