MCI Communication's VP of Business Services asked Sullivan Walsh Associates to reengineer the way MCI recruited and selected Sales Representatives. We reengineered MCI's recruitment and selection process, developed selection tools, and clarified roles in the recruitment and selection process. MCI's annual double-digit growth in the middle market was due, to a large extent, to a larger sales force and to an improved recruitment and selection process. Following our assignment, MCI promoted our client to President of MCI's Consumer Division.
