The Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing asked Sullivan Walsh Associates to handle the "people" side of implementing Project Breakthrough, Keebler's largest-ever reengineering effort. Project breakthrough dramatically consolidated Keebler's sales and distribution processes and introduced new technology to improve the sales effort. We worked closely with Boston Consulting Group and AT Kearney consulting teams to translate phase one of Project Breakthrough into an implement-able assignment. Project Breakthrough was implemented smoothly, and the company was acquired for a premium price shortly after Project Breakthrough was implemented.
