Duplex Products

The President of Duplex Products hired Sullivan Walsh Associates to take on a variety of workforce productivity issues. We worked with the executive team to redesign the corporate compensation structure, redesign the sales compensation plan, introduce "pay for skill" in the company's twelve production facilities, and recruit enough sales representatives to increase the size of the sales force from 120 to 150 salespeople. The performance improvement initiatives were highly successful, helping to increase the value of the company. Reynolds & Reynolds acquired Duplex Products at a price favorable to the owners of Duplex.
