The Vice President of Global Services hired Sullivan Walsh Associates to produce customized training for the division's 110 Sales Managers responsible for the East's largest 700 accounts. We designed, developed, and delivered six training modules organized around the key activities that Sales Managers perform day-to-day. Because of the program's success, we were asked to broaden the training and deliver it to AT&T's other three Divisions. In total, we delivered the training program to all of Global Services' 280 Sales Managers. The training was rated "best ever" in the Division.
